Day 123:
As today was a Bank Holiday Monday, I decided to really start putting some mileage in on the SW Coast Path. So, departing from my house on foot, I walked to the Cremyll Ferry that I took over to Mt. Edgecumbe from where I carried on walking until I got to Tregantle Fort at Whitsand Bay, about 12.5 miles later. My feet felt very pounded by the end of it all and I was happy to have a bus take me back to Plymouth.  What a day though visiting Mt. Edgecumbe, Kingsand, Cawsand, Rame Head, Freathy and Tregantle Fort. And fortunately the weather more or less cooperated!
