Day 3:

After returning from a lovely long weekend away for New Year's celebrations, I made home-made turkey enchiladas complete with my own enchilada sauce (a first for me). Man, oh man, these were absolutely delicious! Too bad this photo can't be scratch and sniff!

365 Photos in 2010

I've decided to join in the fun by creating this blog that will contain 1 or maybe 2 photos for every day in 2010. Given the number of photos that I already take, it shouldn't be too difficult to do. In fact, it might be more difficult in selecting a single photo than taking photos. ;-) However, I may not get around to posting them straight away, so if you don't see something for each day, give me some time. :-) I promise to deliver!
